There is complete privacy and the home sits on almost 3/4 of an acre . The beach in front offers a nice beach cove with excellent snorkeling.Wake up in the morning, walk across the street.. and take a swim, spend the evening lying on a blanket enjoying the stars..... Enjoy all the extras Las Olas offers on a budget vacation! The property has fruit trees, coco palms and lots of tropical flowers.Enjoy fresh bananas, coconuts guava on the property. A garden area features a fountain and bird bath, which attracts many birds, including the resident parakeets, love birds and cockatiels in a cages! Sit on your balcony off the living room and enjoy the view of the ocean and the garden area. There is a queen bed in the bedroom and air conditioner. It is fully furnished and has a futon in the living room to sleep 2 more people. The kitchen is fully equipped.Large bathroom shower. There are small balconies in of the living room and the bedroom, in addition to the patio facing the ocean. The living room has DISH TV. Beach chairs,towels,cooler and umbrella are included.
